We are seeking a professional 2-person production crew to capture high-quality digital assets during a full-day corporate event in New York, NY. The primary objective is to produce professional 4K raw footage and high-resolution digital stills of 8-10 employee testimonials. Note on Timing: We are currently finalizing the specific date for this shoot within our upcoming event calendar. We are looking to review portfolios and select a crew now so we can initiate a contract immediately once the date is locked. Scope of Work & Digital Deliverables: - On-site Capture: Full-day coverage (up to 8 hours). - Technical Setup: Provide and operate professional interview lighting and a teleprompter. - Audio: High-fidelity digital audio capture for scripted interviews. - Final Deliverables: Organized raw 4K digital video files and high-resolution stills delivered via secure file transfer (Cloud-based delivery).
