Personal Assistant to the President & CEO

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

We are seeking a high-caliber Personal Assistant to provide seamless, 360-degree support to our President & CEO. You will act as the primary gatekeeper and strategic partner, managing complex calendars, global travel, and confidential communications. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and capable of staying three steps ahead of the CEO’s needs. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a high-volume professional and personal calendar; prioritize meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage the CEO’s inbox and phone calls; draft high-level correspondence, speeches, and internal announcements.
  • Arrange intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, including private aviation, ground transport, and luxury accommodations.
  • Attend board meetings or executive sessions to take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
  • Act as the bridge between the CEO and department heads, ensuring that company initiatives are moving forward on the CEO's behalf.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and Project Management tools (Slack, Monday.com).
  • An unwavering commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive data.
  • Flexibility to be "on-call" outside of standard business hours to handle urgent matters.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly under pressure.
