Landscape Design Mentor (Part-Time | Flexible | Advisory-Level Role)
Our client is looking for an experienced landscape designer who enjoys helping develop emerging talent and supporting a growing design operation. This is not a traditional full-time production design role. Instead, we are seeking someone who would enjoy working alongside a newer designer to provide guidance on layout strategy, plant selection, grading considerations, estimating approach, and overall design confidence as project complexity increases. This role is ideal for a senior designer who:
- enjoys mentoring
- has strong field-aware design instincts
- prefers a flexible schedule
- may be semi-retired or running their own practice
- wants to stay connected to meaningful landscape work without a full-time commitment
