Senior Organic Growth Marketer Location: South Africa Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking a Senior Organic Growth Marketer to lead our organic acquisition strategy and help us build a scalable, sustainable growth engine. In this role, you will own initiatives across SEO, content marketing, organic distribution, and conversion optimization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, execute experiments, and improve performance across the funnel. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing campaigns. You will analyze data, uncover insights, and translate them into actions that increase visibility, engagement, and conversions. You will also help shape content direction, optimize existing assets, and identify new ways to reach and retain audiences through organic channels. We’re looking for someone with deep experience in organic growth and a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
