Commercial Insurance Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Assistant to support Commercial Account Managers and Sales Leads in delivering high-quality service to clients. This role involves assisting with account management, quoting, policy processing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Job Details Work set up: Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Manila time) Holiday: Will follow US holidays

Responsibilities

Support account management activities, including preparation of commercial proposals and creation of certificates. Maintain organized client files and documentation. Assist in quoting and bind preparation, including submissions to the commercial market. Review quotes for discrepancies and communicate findings to Account Managers and Sales Leads. Generate replacement cost evaluations, driving history reports, and finance agreements as required. Perform administrative tasks such as email and SMS management, data entry, and policy checking. Provide project and operational support to the team as needed. Collaborate with team members through regular meetings and contribute to team discussions. Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and process accurate documentation. Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining collaboration with the team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.

Nice to Have

Basic understanding of commercial insurance products (e.g., Property, Liability, Workers’ Compensation, EPLI, D&O, Auto, Marine). Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outlook, and NowCerts. Experience in data entry, policy processing, or insurance-related roles. Apply To This Job
