You’ll be supporting Australians with financial and government enquiries on a busy inbound queue, working within clear scripts and compliance guidelines. The calls vary - some straightforward, some sensitive - but the expectation is the same: accurate, empathetic, professional, every time. What You’ll Be Doing High-volume inbound calls - financial and government matters Strict script and compliance adherence Applying financial literacy to guide customers clearly and accurately Maintaining professionalism across a range of conversation types The Details $26.70/hr + Super + Incentives - with pay increases as you expand across business lines 100% permanent Work From Home Monday–Friday only | 7.6hr shifts with rotating start times between 7am–12pm AEST ️ Equipment provided (Adelaide CBD collection required) Multiple intake dates across June and July 2026 - apply early, security clearance can take up to a month once submitted What You Bring Professional experience in a role where accuracy, compliance, or financial concepts mattered Comfort working within scripted, process-driven environments A solid grasp of financial concepts - numbers shouldn’t faze you Strong communication, composure, and attention to detail Reliable home internet (min. 50Mbps↓ / 20Mbps↑) and a private workspace
