- Monitors project progress, identifies potential risks, and implements solutions to mitigate delays or issues within the specialization
- Ensures that all projects comply with company standards, policies, and procedures and adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Works closely with project manager(s) to develop a clear project scope and charter that provides a clear action plan, outlines resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects within the specialization
- Collaborates with program manager to identify, anticipate and document program requirements and expectations for the end to end enterprise talent solutions
- Derives trends and insights from various performance metrics and communicates findings to leaders to support informed decision making
- Assists clients develop and maintain enterprise talent pipelines using the implemented recruitment solution within the specialization
