Who This Role Is For You're an LMHCA or LCSWA in the Asheville area who wants meaningful part-time remote work with youth, without sacrificing pay stability or clinical growth. What Makes This Different Free supervision — weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered Guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations — your time is always compensated $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy Part-time W2 position — stable, predictable employment Fully remote — work from Asheville or anywhere in North Carolina Mon–Fri 3–8 PM — afternoons and evenings, no early mornings Zero admin burden — billing, credentialing, and scheduling support all handled The Work You'll provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, working alongside school counselors and families statewide. Weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations are a regular part of the role. What You Need Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we are unable to consider pre-licensure or other license types) Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care Telehealth comfort and EHR familiarity Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM Preferred CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality training School-based or pediatric clinical experience Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Pay Range $35—$45 USD Apply To This Job
