Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our business databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound Calling: Engage with our existing customer database to schedule Healthcare maintenance visits. You'll be the friendly voice of arenaflex, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information into our software system. This includes details from paper files acquired during company acquisitions and updates to our existing database.
  • Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed call targets, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: A friendly, persuasive demeanor that will make our customers feel valued and supported.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: The ability to accurately enter data and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous Experience in Outbound Calling or Data Entry: A plus, but not required. We're happy to provide training and support to the right candidate.
