Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Freight and Logistics team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
- Managing freight shipments, including tracking, tracing, and resolving issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulations
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to frequently lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety footwear, and high-visibility clothing
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in freight cargo and warehouse operations
- Strong writing and computer skills
