Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Skills
- Degree in English language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills
- Experience in challenging advanced language models on topics like sentence structure, verb tense and aspect, word usage, idiomatic expressions, pronunciation, and cultural context
- Ability to document failure modes and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Peer-reviewed publications
- Teaching experience
- Hands-on linguistic analysis projects
