Chat Service Representative

Responsibilities

- Assist with order placement, modifications, and follow-up questions as needed.
- Document chat interactions thoroughly to ensure clear communication between guests and restaurant staff.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
