Job Description

As a Customer Service Loader at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that products are well-stocked and easily accessible for customers
  • Providing professional and engaging customer service to ensure customers feel valued and satisfied
  • Gathering, uploading, and renewing products
  • Ensuring smooth and safe transportation of merchandise for everyone

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers feel valued and satisfied

  • Ensure that products are well-stocked and easily accessible for customers
  • Gather, upload, and renew products
  • Ensure smooth and safe transportation of merchandise for everyone
  • Assist customers with loading merchandise into their cars and replenishing shelves for the next customers

Travel Requirements

While this position does not come with the expectation of regular travel, there may be instances where traveling is necessary for attending meetings, training sessions, or to support neighboring stores.

Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process places emphasis on certain attributes that we believe will ensure a successful and cohesive team. These include:

  • The ability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week
  • Aptitude to perform job duties that entail prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or any other physical tasks deemed necessary
  • The ability to carry 25 pounds by oneself, but picking up more than that is feasible, whether or not one requires help

Minimum Qualifications

* Within a span of 6 months, you have had an opportunity to enhance your computer proficiency, particularly in data management through inputting, accessing, modifying, and outputting information

  • Acquired a six-month-long experience using ubiquitous retail technology devices including smartphones and tablets
  • The ability to comply with legal requirements for sales-related licenses or registrations is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of experience working in a retail environment

  • 6 months of experience working in a hardware or home improvement store
  • 6 months of work history at arenaflex store in any department
  • 6 months of experience in retail merchandising, including performing Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping
  • 6 months of experience in any industry, responsible for inspecting, transferring, loading, and unloading goods or elements into or out of transportation modes
