UX and Frontend Engineer - CrateDB Core and Cloud (m/f/x)
As a UX and Frontend Engineer for CrateDB Core and Cloud, you will
- Collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver an easy-to-use user interface to CrateDB and CrateDB Cloud
- Define and implement best practices for web development, deployment, and security
- Partner with Product Management to prioritize and plan new features, improvements, and technical debt reduction
- Proven experience with User Experience Design and frontend web developer (5+ years)
- Strong technical experience in TypeScript and React
- Experience building scalable web applications for cloud
- Familiarity with databases – in particular relational databases
- Technical experience in Python
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Technical expertise with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Work experience in Open Source and/or agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Familiarity with CrateDB
