  • Ability to multitask, successfully manage and prioritize a variety of demands daily, and take direction from support staff and attorneys
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong time-keeping and time tracking skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Legal Document Preparation and knowledge
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
