Customer Care at arenaflex

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the arenaflex experience is consistently excellent. This is a complex role that requires you to sit between our customers and our drivers and dry cleaning partners, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Liaising with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure continued great service to our customers
  • Handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer care skills

Requirements

We're looking for someone with the following characteristics, skills, and experience to join our team:

  • Minimum two years of previous customer care experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Honesty and professionalism in everything you do
  • Comfortable handling 50+ calls on a daily basis
  • Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work hard and weekends when required
