Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Data Source Identification:

Identify and analyze data sources, including databases, data warehouses, and external data providers, to determine the most relevant and accurate data for business decision-making.

Data Analysis:

Develop and implement data analysis plans to extract insights from complex data sets, including data mining, statistical modeling, and data visualization.

Business Intelligence:

Design and implement business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, to support business decision-making.

Data Storytelling:

Develop compelling data stories to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and other teams.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams, to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Data Quality:

Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying and addressing data issues, including data cleaning, data validation, and data governance.

Communication:

Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and other teams.

Requirements

To be successful as a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will need:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive), as well as experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and project management tools (e.g., Wind current).

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills, including data mining, statistical modeling, and data visualization.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration Skills:

Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Data Quality Skills:

Strong data quality skills, including the ability to identify and address data issues, including data cleaning, data validation, and data governance.
