Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing customers with information on products, services, and offers
• Taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to resolve queries and issues
• Identifying customer needs and preferences to deliver personalized support
• Communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Ability to handle 80-100 calls per day
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including 9-hour shifts and flexible hours
• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 20 WPM
• 0-6 months of experience in a customer service or BPO environment
• Freshers (2022 and above pass out) or up to 2 years of experience
