Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet commercial business enterprise needs
• Supporting new development, configuration, and upkeep on the platform
• Providing technical understanding and guidance to internal agencies regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
• Troubleshooting technical troubles related to the platform and enforcing solutions
• Collaborating with IT and special agencies to align on tech desires and implementations
• Keeping up to date with the modern tendencies and great practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
• Conducting everyday audits to ensure maximum notable use of the platform
• Leading education instructions to up-expertise internal agencies on the effective use of the platform
• Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting companies to coordinate product improvements and workarounds

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience related to technical information manipulation & marketing and marketing solution experience
• Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-clear up technical troubles
• Excellent verbal exchange skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills
• Consistently prioritizes safety and safety of self, others, and personal information
• Embraces several people, thinking, and styles
• Possesses an immoderate university degree, GED, or immoderate university equivalency
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to artwork inside the United States

• Experience with Customer Data structures together with Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment

• In-depth information on information governance and information manipulation great practices
• Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital industrial business enterprise environment, ideally with a focus on client journey optimization
