The Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Enter customer data into our database and maintain accurate records
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Ideal Profile:
* At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
