Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and becoming a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials is a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
