Job Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior management by handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and communications. The role requires organizational skills and discretion.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, emails, and appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Organize and respond to emails.
  • Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets.
  • Make phone calls to U.S. companies (e.g. for refunds or billing).
  • Pay bills and track due dates.
  • Book travel and purchase gifts online.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable using Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel.
  • Able to place calls to the U.S.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
