Architectural Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team remotely. This role involves working on diverse projects across various scales, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, and contributing to all phases of the design process, from conceptual development to construction documentation.

Applicants must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required).

Key Responsibilities

Develop design concepts and produce high-quality architectural drawings and renderings.

Collaborate with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.

Create and manage construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations.

Assist in material and product research to support design development.

Participate in project presentations and client meetings as needed.

Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.

3+ years of professional experience in architectural design (remote experience is a plus).

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar design tools.

Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards in the U.S.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Legal authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizenship or green card required).

Preferred:

Experience with sustainable design principles or LEED accreditation.

Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana, or similar).

Experience in managing multiple projects remotely.
