Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

• Lead the design and implementation of data analytics projects that inform business decisions.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions by identifying trends and anomalies.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in data analyst, applied data science, and others related field.
• Apply statistical techniques to validate hypotheses and support experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
• Conduct advanced analyses such as predictive modeling, churn analysis, and cohort analysis.
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to measure business performance.
• Ensure data architecture and processes meet scalability and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to align analytics with strategic goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries and managing databases.
• Advanced data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, Looker, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis and automation.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is an advantage.
• Understanding of big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hive) and data quality best practices.
