Senior Virtual Property Manager (Senior VPM)

About the Role We are hiring a Senior Virtual Property Manager (Senior VPM) to support and lead internal property management operations. This role will oversee key processes, mentor team members, ensure smooth day-to-day activities, and uphold operational excellence across the properties we manage internally.

The ideal candidate has strong property management experience, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to improve systems and workflows within the company. Key Responsibilities Property & Tenant Support

  • Manage tenant communications and address concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure all property-related records, documentation, and updates are handled accurately within the company's systems.

On boarding & System Setup

  • Set up new properties in internal software platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and complete documentation for internal property files.

Lease Management

  • Track and process lease renewals.
  • Coordinate instructions, notices, and documents required internally.

Maintenance Coordination

  • Monitor work orders, assign tasks to approved vendors, and track completion.
  • Ensure proper documentation and billing within internal systems.

Operational Oversight

  • Support rent monitoring, notices, leasing processes, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Maintain organized property portfolios and ensure timely processing of tasks.

Social Media Support (Internal)

  • Assist in creating and posting company-approved content across social media platforms.

Process Improvement

  • Help document and enhance internal workflows and SOPs.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve team performance and turnaround times.

Risk & Compliance

  • Flag and report operational risks or discrepancies.
  • Support the development of internal controls to protect company data and processes.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team leaders and operations management to meet internal goals.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to property management team members.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in U.S. property management or real estate operations.
  • Strong background with AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, RentManager, or similar platforms.
  • 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to mentor and support team members in an internal setting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: TBD (based on experience)
  • 10 paid days off per year (approval within 1 business day)
  • 6 paid Philippine holidays
