[Remote] Digital Marketing / Associate Product Analytics

FedEx is a leading logistics and delivery services company, and they are seeking a Digital Marketing / Associate Product Analytics professional. This role involves supporting digital product teams by collecting and analyzing data to inform feature development and performance tracking, while also assisting in various analytical tasks to achieve digital revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Assists in querying product usage data and preparing reports for PMs and stakeholders
- Supports A/B test analysis, user segmentation, and performance dashboards
- Cleans, organizes, and validates data from internal systems and tools
- Documents data definitions, logic, and assumptions used in reports
- Shadows senior analysts to learn product context and analytical techniques
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of practical experience may offset education requirements
- Internship or academic project experience in analytics, business, or tech
- Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Proficient in Excel and SQL
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Expert knowledge of internal FedEx databases is required
