Business Operations Associate
Lithic is a modern card issuing and processing platform that empowers financial companies to innovate in payments. They are seeking a Business Operations Associate to execute strategic projects, improve operational efficiency, and drive initiatives across teams in the fintech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic projects end-to-end: devise strategy, execute, and deliver results
- Assist in building new business lines and launching initiatives from concept to completion
- Help drive high-stakes initiatives across product, partnerships, and go-to-market
- Solve complex problems that require coordination across multiple teams
- Use data and analytics to measure progress and adapt approach
Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or fintech
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and make sound decisions with incomplete information
- Get things done mentality: You break down problems, find solutions, and execute without extensive oversight
- Team player who jumps in where needed and collaborates effectively across functions
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments where problems aren't clearly defined
- Analytical ability with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Track record of completing projects independently and delivering results
