Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position, located throughout Colorado. The position is ideal for licensed realtors looking to explore an additional income stream. Responsibilities include leveraging existing real estate contacts to identify opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their financial needs, completing loan applications with our easy to use online form and working with our team to deliver tailored funding solutions. The role requires professionals to build relationships, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales in alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator License (or ability to obtain a license) is required for this role.
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate
- Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
