Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll receive comprehensive training that will enable you to navigate our systems and policies effectively. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the issue
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal and team customer service targets and call handling quotas

Requirements

  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and an aptitude for learning new systems

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • College degree is a plus but not mandatory

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
