As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to individuals with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Provide heart-driven support to plan members, offering solutions and alternatives to improve their healthcare experience
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to educate plan members about their coverage and options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Work collaboratively with the Client Care team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent computer skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • PC capability in Windows-based applications
  • Ability to work from home, meeting the required standards for internet speed, secure workspace, and minimal distractions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to issue resolve in a positive, helpful manner
  • Comfortable engaging with clients in a patient, supportive way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life
  • Reliability and adherence to scheduling rules
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and confidence in interactions with plan members
  • Strong client service skills, including accommodating phone behavior and excellent professionalism
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
