Responsibilities: Create and manage high-quality customer experiences through our social media channels. Develop creative and engaging content for our social media channels. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Analyze and report on customer feedback and engagement. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the social media landscape. Follow best practices for customer service and social media management. Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify potential areas for improvement in customer experience. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
