The Role: Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
