Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions and concerns, and helping them navigate their healthcare plans. You'll work from home, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to adhere to our telecommuting policies and procedures. You'll also be required to complete a comprehensive training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent customer service skills, including phone behavior and communication

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
