  • * Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
  • * Create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals to increase click-through rates and conversions.
  • * Optimize campaigns regularly by analyzing key performance metrics, adjusting bids, and improving targeting strategies.
  • * Set up and manage conversion tracking, ensuring accurate reporting and attribution.
  • * Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and call-to-action elements to improve effectiveness.
  • * Monitor and stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and algorithm changes.
  • * Provide detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • * Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Proven experience in managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
  • * Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
  • * Expertise in keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • * Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to make informed optimization decisions.
  • * Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • * Excellent copywriting skills for crafting high-converting ad copy.
  • * Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • * Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • * Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • * Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience:
  • * Minimum 2-5 years of experience in PPC advertising and digital marketing.
  • * Experience working with international markets is a plus.
  • * Previous experience in a freelance or remote setting is preferred but not required.
  • Working Hours:
