About the Role

As a Project Manager Associate, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, managing resources, and driving collaboration across teams. Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of project management experience, including all aspects of project management (scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, HR, and communications)
• 2 years of experience in a related field, such as business analysis, operations, or management consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience with project-related financial processes, including contracting, purchase orders, invoicing, and financial controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or operations management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
