Student - Nashua Center Data & Training Coordinator (Work Study Only)

The opportunity Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Data & Training Coordinator for our partner organization Nashua Center in Nashua, NH. The Data & Training Coordinator helps Nashua Center keep client and staff records organized for grant reporting and state compliance. This role ensures client intake forms capture all required information, organizes that data for children and adults, and supports staff with maintaining up-to-date records. In addition, this role manages the training calendar for staff and providers, helping ensure all required trainings and certifications are completed on time. The Coordinator reports directly to the Quality Assurance Specialist, who provides oversight and ensures that accurate data is shared with other departments such as Development and HR. Job Responsibilites:

  • Organize client intake forms for children and adults.
  • Update intake forms as needed to include grant-required information (demographics, ethnicity, gender, address, goal achievement, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Maintain the training calendar for staff and providers.
  • Track upcoming and required trainings to ensure compliance with state certifications.
  • Notify the Quality Assurance Specialist of approaching deadlines or expired trainings.
  • Work under the direction of the Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure accuracy and readiness of data for compliance and reporting.
  • Assist with other administrative duties related to compliance and reporting as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
  • Work study part of financial aid package
  • Students with work study may be prioritized
  • Reliable transportation
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Basic skills in Excel (sorting, filtering, data entry) and comfort learning new systems.
  • Reliable and able to keep track of multiple deadlines.
  • Interest in data management, compliance, or nonprofit administration.

Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid: some on-site work (for intake files and staff training records), some remote work (data entry, calendar tracking).
  • Occasional adjustments around reporting deadlines or trainings.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
