[Remote] Home Inspector (Salary $50-$75k)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. House Buyers of America is a residential real estate investment company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Tyson's Corner, VA. The Home Inspector is responsible for performing due diligence inspections on properties and assisting with construction and settlement tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
- Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
- Assist construction and settlement teams with asks that need to be completed in the field
- Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process
- Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being made
- Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material
- Deliver any necessary equipment to houses
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills
- Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA
