Dental Coach Wanted- Full Time, Fully Remote, Stock Options

Leader in Dental Practice Management Company seeks Full-Time, Remote Coach with knowledge of business, dental, and transformation through coaching. The position will begin as an independent contractor role for the first 90 days, serving as an apprenticeship period to assess fit and performance. After this period, the role will transition to a W-2 fully employed position with all applicable benefits. Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 with opportunity to earn commission up to $30,000 per year. • Must be passionate and skilled in facilitating/coaching clients about business goals.
• Working knowledge of human behavior and the stages of transformation
• Possess the ability to train and deliver NextLevel Practice methodology via teleconference or call, so the client masters the content
• Willing to support and hold clients accountable with the implementation of our methodology and philosophy
• Possess the ability to consult in a directive partnership
• Understand how to set goals for each client and create a customized game plan to achieve these results
• Have experience listening and moving people through places they get stuck and keep it sustainable, relating to the emotional side of the client
• Can review and analyze weekly tracking reports, ROI’s, and agreements, to determine where clients need to be coached, consulted, or trained
• Are committed to over-delivering and “finding a way” to accomplish what needs to get done
• Must be passionate about health and wellness and be interested in working closely with a healthcare thought leader
• Have the desire to work on a “we vs. me” team of passionate, mission- driven pros that make each other better every day
• Willing to submit a recorded mock presentation of themselves using PowerPoint during the interview process. Recording should be estimated 10 minutes in length.

Requirements:

• A degree in business, psychology, or health and wellness (or equivalent knowledge and/or experience) is preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience working as business coach, trainer or related.
• 2 or more years of experience working in the dental industry
• High level of written and oral communication skills.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Confident delivering coaching and presentations live and recorded on video and live on stage in front of 50+ people
