Job Summary

As our Director of Customer & Community Marketing / Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. You'll lead our live chat team, ensuring high-quality service and effective communication, while fostering an interactive community around our brand. Your vision, leadership, and expertise will play a critical role in helping us maintain our commitment to exceptional service and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

As our Director of Customer & Community Marketing / Live Chat Agent, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Customer and Community Marketing Strategies: Create and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with overall business goals, enhancing customer satisfaction and community engagement.
  • Lead and Manage the Live Chat Team: Ensure high-quality service and effective communication, while fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Analyze Customer Interactions and Feedback: Continuously improve community engagement and customer satisfaction by analyzing customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to create campaigns and content that resonate with our audience, driving engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, enhancing the customer experience and community initiatives.
  • Report on Marketing Strategy Effectiveness: Provide insights and recommendations for improvement, ensuring our marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador: Maintain strong relationships with community members and stakeholders, promoting our brand values and mission.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Related Field: A degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Customer Marketing, Community Management, or Related Roles: Proven experience in customer marketing, community management, or related roles, with a track record of driving customer engagement strategies.
  • Proven Track Record of Leading Teams and Driving Customer Engagement Strategies: Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive customer engagement strategies and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong Understanding of Live Chat Tools and Customer Service Best Practices: A deep understanding of live chat tools and customer service best practices, with the ability to analyze and improve customer interactions.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community members and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset with the Ability to Interpret Data and Metrics: An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Self-Motivated and Able to Work Collaboratively in a Remote Environment: Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a remote environment, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with team members.
