Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and providing product and solutions expertise to customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product and solutions expertise
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert through training and development programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
