Responsibilities

As an Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate appointments for the sales team, utilizing warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers and build rapport.
  • Communicating clearly and persuasively to explain our services and value proposition, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings.
  • Negotiating appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules, ensuring a seamless transition of leads and follow-up processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our designated software, providing valuable insights for future outreach strategies.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow-up processes, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in outreach strategies and appointment-setting techniques, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service, with a proven track record of appointment generation and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven negotiation skills that lead to successful appointment generation, with a focus on building rapport and understanding client needs.
  • Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing client information, such as CRM systems and customer relationship management software.
  • A background in business development or market research is advantageous but not required.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
