Job Overview

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote E-Fulfillment and E-Filing Operations, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by blithequark. You will work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and work-life balance that you deserve.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote E-Fulfillment and E-Filing Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems, email, and other online platforms
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Completing additional projects as assigned by your supervisor or team lead
  • Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of productivity
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

Compensation and Benefits

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote E-Fulfillment and E-Filing Operations, you will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $12.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
