Duties
Represent plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, from intake through trial
Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions
Conduct legal research and analyze case law using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
Participate in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
Collaborate with legal teams to prepare compelling case strategies
Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to professional development initiatives
Ensure timely and compliant case management and document filing
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Colorado
Prior experience handling personal injury or civil litigation cases
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently
Skilled in legal drafting, including pleadings, motions, and settlement documents
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and courtroom advocacy
Prior leadership or mentoring experience within a legal setting is advantageous
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
Certifications
Must hold an active license to practice law in the State of Colorado
