Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer solutions representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a customer solutions representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service over the phone, resolving inquiries, and dispatching calls to technicians. This is a fully remote position, with the exception of training, and offers a flexible schedule of 3:30pm-12:00am, Tuesday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls and follow up with customers as needed
  • Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Dispatch the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information, ensuring transparency and trust
  • Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details, fostering collaboration and teamwork
  • Ensure accuracy of details on all scheduled calls, including customer name, phone number, address, and other critical information
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Previous dispatch experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and utilize new software and technologies
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with a positive and adaptable attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of industry-specific terminology and concepts
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and utilize new software and technologies
