What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist individuals in understanding their health coverage options and help them select the right products and services tailored to their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey, responding to inquiries with compassion and effective solutions.
• Engage with customers to identify additional needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
• Complete the sales or renewal of health plans, focusing on meeting customer needs and achieving sales goals.

What You Bring to the Role:

• A current health insurance license in your state of residence.
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
• A minimum of six months of sales experience.
• Integrity to uphold HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy.
• A strong customer service orientation with empathy and active listening skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer navigation skills.
