Job Description: We are seeking a Coupa Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the design, configuration, and optimization of Coupa solutions, with a focus on procurement and spend management processes. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Coupa modules and hands-on experience integrating Coupa with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the functional SME for Coupa, advising business and IT stakeholders on best practices in procurement and sourcing processes.
• Lead functional design, configuration, and validation of Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Management, etc.).
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into Coupa functional solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to support Coupa Salesforce integration, ensuring business process alignment.
• Conduct workshops, training, and UAT sessions with business users.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide guidance on process improvements.
• Support deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities for Coupa rollouts.
• Maintain process documentation, functional specs, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Coupa Functional Consultant/SME with end-to-end implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa Integration with enterprise platforms, including Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, invoicing, and expenses processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Coupa modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and translate business needs into Coupa solutions.

Preferred:

• Coupa Functional Certification(s).
• Experience with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Exposure to change management and user adoption programs.
