Community Empowerment Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Community Organizer with a focus on building community for Saudi women, a specialized position requiring strong communication skills, relationship-building, cultural competency, and advocacy.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to empower and support women, foster connections, facilitate access to resources, and promote social change. This is done by effectively engaging with diverse groups, understanding their needs, and mobilizing them towards collective action.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Empowering and supporting Saudi women by fostering connections and facilitating access to resources
• Promoting social change related to the perception and treatment of women within the community
• Engaging with diverse groups to understand their unique needs
• Mobilizing community members towards collective action and community development
• Communicating effectively to build relationships and advocate for community needs

Required Qualifications

• Substantial experience in community organizing focused on empowering and supporting women
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong cultural competency skills
• Previous experience in advocacy, particularly as it pertains to women's rights and community development
• Proven ability to engage with diverse groups and mobilize them towards collective action
