About the Role
As an Educational Technician or Classroom Aide, you will play a key role in maintaining an organized, engaging, and productive learning environment. You’ll assist with classroom management, student activities, and educational support under the guidance of certified teachers.
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Assist students individually or in small groups with academic tasks.
Help maintain classroom organization and prepare learning materials.
Supervise students during classroom transitions, recess, and lunch periods.
Monitor and report student progress and behavior to the teaching staff.
Provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer additional educational training).
Previous experience in educational support or working with children is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
Reliable and punctual with a commitment to student success.
