Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems on industrial equipment

• Install and upgrade wiring, control panels, and motors in compliance with NEC and safety standards

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and keep detailed records

• Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals

• Ensure operations remain safe, productive, and up to code

• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams across multiple facilities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting

• Solid understanding of 480V systems, 3-phase motors, and PLCs

• Strong working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to various company sites
