Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Agent to manage real-time interactions with our website visitors. As the first point of contact, you will provide prompt and informative responses, ensuring a seamless user experience and fostering community engagement.​

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with website visitors via live chat, addressing inquiries about content, products, and services.​
• Provide accurate information and assist users in navigating the website.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex queries when necessary.​
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to inform content and service improvements.​
• Collaborate with content creators and the support team to enhance user satisfaction.​
